Payment information:

We recommend credit card, PayPal or bank transfer for all orders.

If using payment providers like ZIP or Afterpay, please note that we do not refund the merchant fees of 6% for any reason. If you use these providers and the item is out of stock, we will generally back order the order until the item is back in stock.

If you wish to proceed with a refund in any case the fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Shipping:

Most of our items are shipped using Australia Post standard and express. Expensive order will require a signature upon delivery.

Most bulky items like coolers for example have a flat rate freight charge for each single item. If wanting to purchase multiple bulky item we will generally quote freight for this. All bulky items are shipped by courier and generally need to be signed for.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns need to be stated within 7 days of receiving your order. Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit. If the items are damaged upon arrival, we highly suggest taking photos of the physical exterior damage before opening to inspect the goods inside. This MUST be done for any warranty claims.

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase within reason. Anything past this time is at the discretion of the Manager.

All returns MUST be in a new and unused condition, or the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense. Faulty or damaged items for warranty are the only exception.

Returns for any other reason other than a warranty issue will incur a 10% restocking fee. No freight will be refund.

You MUST return you item with the original purchase invoice.

Please Note: We take great pride and care in packaging all customer orders. We take no responsibility for any mishandled items by customers. Please take care with handling or opening items to avoid any unnecessary accidents and breakages.
